Originally from upstate New York, Denise Mattmuller has called Sarasota County home for more than 30 years. Having witnessed the region's growth since the late 1980s firsthand, Denise has established roots in the Sarasota area and a vast knowledge of the local real estate market, from Anna Maria Island down to Boca Grande, Sarasota and Venice to all of the Keys.

An award-winning REALTOR®, one of Denise's shining moments was assisting buyers in a purchase of a home on Siesta Key in 2012 that was featured on the HGTV series House Hunters. Denise is a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, and has the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations. She is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida, and enjoys unwinding in her leisure time by golfing, boating and cooking.
